Before you call.
Do you sell land as well as finished property?
Both. We sell finished homes and commercial units, and we sell plots for buyers who would rather build to their own brief. We also develop sites end to end — buy, build, sell — and take on land banking for investors on a longer horizon.
What is land banking, and who is it for?
Acquiring land in a growth corridor and holding it as an investment rather than building on it straight away. It suits buyers with a longer time horizon who want exposure to land values rather than a property to occupy. Talk to us first — a consultation costs you nothing and will tell you whether it fits what you are trying to do.
What makes buying a property from you different?
It arrives finished. We build it, we screed and paint it with our own crews, and the paint comes from our own facility. There is no third-party finisher to chase after handover, and no argument about whose defect it is — the company that sold you the building is the company that finished it.
Can I get advice before I commit to anything?
Yes. Consultation is one of our five real estate services. Tell us the area you are considering, your budget and your timeline, and we will tell you honestly what is worth doing — including when the answer is to wait.
Do you deliver outside Ogun State and Lagos?
Our two offices cover Ogun State and Lagos, and we deliver across both. For projects further afield, message us with the location and volume — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it well.
Can I buy paint without booking your painting service?
Yes. i-bam and Apex Star are sold on their own, to homeowners, contractors and retailers. Using our crews is an option, never a condition.
What is the difference between i-bam and Apex Star?
i-bam is our everyday, general-purpose line with a spread rate of up to 12 m² per litre, in matte, semi-gloss and gloss. Apex Star is specification-grade: up to 24 m² per litre, with a metallic finish available in addition. Both come in all sixty catalogue shades.
Do you sell in bulk to retailers and distributors?
Yes. Message us for trade pricing, pack sizes and delivery terms, and tell us the volume you expect to move.
Can you match a custom colour?
Send us the reference — a code from our catalogue, a sample, or a photograph — and we will tell you what we can match and how close it will be before you commit.
Do you offer a free site assessment?
For painting, screeding and flooring work in our coverage area, yes. Message us with the location and the scope and we will arrange a visit.
