Our mission
To remove the gaps where building projects fail — between the material and the application, between the promise and the handover — by owning every stage ourselves and being answerable for all of it.
About us
We sell land, sell property and develop the ground in between — and we manufacture and supply what finishes it, so the company that sells you the building is the company accountable for it.
Our story
Real estate is the business. We sell land, we sell finished property, we develop sites end to end, we advise buyers before they commit, and we hold land for investors on a longer horizon. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, De Great Adepak Global Limited has earned the trust of its clients and the respect of its peers.
The rest of what we do grew out of that. A client who bought a property also needed it finished. A finish needed paint that behaved. Paint that behaved meant manufacturing it ourselves, and manufacturing meant we may as well supply the materials too. Each step outward was a response to something the market kept getting wrong on our own sites.
Today we operate from a head office in Lusada, Agbara, Ogun State and a branch at Abraham Adesanya on the Lekki–Epe Expressway in Lagos. From foundation to finish, we are dedicated to helping you build your dreams — and to creating a future that is stronger, smarter and more beautiful, one building at a time.

Mission & vision
Nigeria has no shortage of land agents, developers or estate companies. It has very few that also manufacture the finish and answer for it after handover.
To remove the gaps where building projects fail — between the material and the application, between the promise and the handover — by owning every stage ourselves and being answerable for all of it.
To become the reference point for property in Nigeria: the company whose developments are recognised on sight by the quality of their finish, whose land is bought with confidence, and whose paint other builders specify by name.
We are building toward a De Great Adepak colour that a Nigerian architect can specify by name and expect to arrive correct — anywhere in the country, on any scale. Sixty shades is where that started, not where it ends.
What sets us apart

Our manufacturing
Our facility produces two paint brands: i-bam, for everyday and general-purpose work, and Apex Star, our specification-grade line. Both are manufactured to published spread rates — up to 12 m² per litre and up to 24 m² per litre respectively — and both are available across all sixty shades in our named catalogue.
Manufacturing our own product is what lets us quote a job with confidence. We are not waiting on a supplier's stock, absorbing a distributor's markup, or explaining a batch variation we did not cause. If a colour is wrong, it is ours to fix.
The integrated model
Property built and delivered by our own team.
i-bam and Apex Star paint, made in our own facility.
Building materials sourced and delivered to site.
Screeding and surface preparation done properly, first.
Painting and flooring applied by our own crews, then handover.
Where we operate
Head office in Lusada on the Agbara road, and a branch at Abraham Adesanya on the Lekki–Epe Expressway.
We publish our spread rates because we control the plant that produces them. Up to 24 m² per litre on Apex Star is a manufacturing figure, not a marketing one.
Two offices, two phone lines, and a WhatsApp thread that gets answered. One company is accountable for the whole job, so there is never a question of whose problem it is.
Manufacturing our own paint and supplying our own materials removes the margin a middleman would take. That saving reaches the quote.
Higher spread rates mean fewer litres, fewer tins and less waste per square metre finished. Efficiency and sustainability point the same direction.
Tell us what you are building. We will quote the paint, the materials and the finishing in one conversation.
